Burns my face
This new formula is awful, there was a distinct burning on my skin, I checked the package for expiration date or something to explain.. it was then I saw the "new formula" makes me sad, had been using for years. Disappointing new formula
Never expected Nivea to change a trusted product like this, it burned my face for days until I realized what happened. Horrible new formula
The new formula leaves my skin very dry. It is vv sticky and I have burning sensation after application. I have been using the old formula for 15 years now and don't want to change. Bring back the old formula!!
I've been using Nivea Soft for at least 20 years, probably more. I have at least 4 tubs in use around the house at any given time because that's how much I use it. I never expected to have to find a new moisturiser because of this unexpected change in formula. Could Nivea not have simply put out a separate vegan option and left the old formula alone??? It's truly so disappointing, and I'm hoping that Nivea will change it back to the old formula, but I'm not holding my breath, especially after reading their generic and non-committal responses to feedback / complaints about the new formula. Horrible new formula!!!
Why would you change something that was so good and popular? I've been using this cream for the past 20 years and loved it so much. Well not anymore, I absolutely hate this new formula! It's like I mixed water with the cream and it doesn't leave my skin soft anymore. Great product from a great company.
I keep it near the kitchen sink to use after washing my hands. I prefer the cream format. Pump bottles are a nuisance when getting to the end of the bottle.0 users found this review helpful.
