I also looked up the ingredients on the FDA site and saw that it really isn't good for you. Increase in libido
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Nugenix T- boost for a month. There wasn't much change in the first week. After the second week, I noticed an increase in energy. After the third week, I also noticed an increase in my libido. The only negative that I found was during shipping, some of the capsules had busted open. It didn't affect the taste when taking them. I just think a solid pill form would have made this product better. Everyone's body is different. Expensive

At its price point, it should include a wider array of ingredients. Improved my muscle function

Overall Boost
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nugenix t-boost works well. I have noticed an increase in blood flow which has helped with an overall boost in my energy. The pills taste like any other supplement, not a game changer or deal breaker in my opinion. I would like the company to provide more specific ingredients as they list one of their main ingredients as "Nugenix Free Testosterone Complex" and doesn't tell you exactly what is in it.
