Works and fits well for me
I have a painful muscle spasm in my neck that needs stabilization. I am a female, so this brace was a good fit for me. I like that the heat option is a USB plug-in. The only thing that could have made it better is if the cord was longer. It's fairly long already (approx 6ft cord) but unfortunately my outlets aren't easily accessible in my home. Way too Small and does not work correctly
This product is horrible. First, it is way too small - I do not have a big neck, but this product is very small. Second, it only heats in one small spot. It is not a full neck warmer. It is very stiff and uncomfortable. It is going to be returned. CVS should not sell this product.8 users found this review helpful.
