Love these eye pencils
I bought two of these, I read the review and I was a little nervous. They are so easy to use and blend. I found a sharpener big enough. So today was the first day I sharpened them. It was so easy. Only one twist and as good as new. I will buy these again. I was thinking oh great I bought these , love them ,but not gonna sharpen. Good… bad packaging
Nice product and formula i hate that you have to sharpen the PLASTIC to get more… you could just make it a twist so there isn’t a need to sharpen plastic.Reply from NYX Professional MakeupHace 9 mesesHi there! Best shadow sticks on the market

Gorgeous colors, bad design
I found this the other day and purchased two colors. First off let me say the colors are gorgeous, the pigment phenomenal. I was thrilled to see it comes in so many colors. Now the bad, why on earth would you put out a product that you cannot twist up to access the rest of it!? Great way to make money but would make more money with a user friendly product.. you claim it can be sharpened but I for one have had a bad experience with trying to sharpen plastic. It leaves sharp edges and you can scratch your eye. Very dangerous. I need to say, it was not one of your products that I got scratched on. Most horribly-designed eye "pencil" ever sold!
Great, smooth, beautiful color -- but such a shame that it was put into a plastic stick that's not "twistable." Just saying, but whoever created this flawed packaging design for this eye "pencil" at NYX ought to be fired. Who decided this plastic was "sharpenable?" This is a true waste of consumer money. Cute
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shade coconut cake is so stunning. It's so pigmented and creamy. I love this stick can be used as a highlight. It could be used to give some colour to cheeks and it can be used as a shadow. You get a lot of product in this stick itself, and it doesn't need to be sharpened. It's a roll up. Twist Not
There are NO instructions on the pencil that indicate you need a special sharpener. I've been trying to figure out if there's more product and like others have tried twisting the bottom. It's misleading! Why not sell the sharpener with the product? Very strange to sell a pencil you can't twist to get the product from the bottom. Very strange not to be able to access more product from the top by tearing away a flexible cover. WHY?Reply from NYX Professional MakeupHace 10 mesesHello there. Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the Jumbo Eye Pencil, it can be sharpened with a cosmetic sharpener. For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Your sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results.
