We will share your experience with our product quality assurance team to help improve future formulations and packaging. For a more natural, smudge-resistant finish with maximum control, we recommend shaking the pen before use and applying it on clean, oil-free brows using very light pressure. Alternatively, you might love our Micro Brow Pencil, which features an ultra-fine tip that lets you easily build subtle, natural-looking definition with a completely dry, hair-like texture.

Hello Adelaide! We are so glad to hear that you love the natural finish and easy application of our Lift & Snatch! Brow Tint Pen, though we are so sorry to hear about the leakage at high altitudes and the occasional dry pen. Because this pen uses a specialized liquid ink-feed system to deliver hair-like precision strokes, changes in air pressure during travel or elevation shifts can push excess fluid into the cap, while storing the pen horizontally or cap-up can cause the fine micro-brush tip to dry out. A great pro tip to keep your brow pen performing perfectly is to store it cap-down at room temperature so the brush stays continuously saturated with fresh ink, and always wrap the capped pen in a small tissue or pouch when traveling to higher elevations to absorb any pressure-related leaks.

It does sound like a pigment issue…with the cap on, be sure to shake the brow pen at a downward angle. We have not changed any of the colors for this brow pen.
