Great affordable primer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great primer and it's not expensive. I love the feel of it and it goes on smooth. Liner is easy to apply on top of it and it stays really well. Perfect

I should start by saying I'm a die-hard fan of Urban Decay's eyeshadow primer,… After trying this NYX Ultimate Shadow & Liner Primer in the shade Light, I am officially converted!!! This primer initially goes on very liquidy and not very opaque, which at first made me concerned that it wouldn't work well for my eyeshadow,… But I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it was! I tried this primer with both powder and cream eyeshadows, pencil and liquid eyeliners, and by itself. While I didn't feel it was worth applying by itself because of how transparent it is, when I used it underneath eyeshadow and eyeliner it truly made my eye makeup more vibrant and pigmented! This primer has a slightly tacky feel to it as it dries down, which I feel really helped my eyeshadow last all day without any fading or creasing. I was especially impressed when I tried this primer underneath cream eyeshadows (which are famous for not staying well) because my eyeshadow was perfect all day long, even on super humid days. I love the ease of the doe foot applicator and I'm quite thrilled that the price is super affordable! Easy to use, a little sticky, but visible results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This primer was easy to use and apply. Even though it was a little sticky, it definitely helped make the eyeshadow I used appear more vibrant. Noticable Creasing

Better than Expected!

I also like that it's tinted - gives a nice matte base for my eyeshadow looks.
