I will not be ordering this sunscreen again nor bragging about it. Just like other reviewers, I've used this product for years (nearly 10) and bragged that it was the best for my dark, semi oily skin as it was matte, but not chalky and it absorbed beautifully and felt like satin on my skin and helped control oil production. This new formula is gritty, greasy and chalky looking. I thought I ordered the wrong Obagi version, but did not. Feel like I wasted my money. Used to Love!
I have purchased this product several times in the past and loved it. But the new formula is such a disappointment. It now has a grainy texture that I do not enjoy. Please bring back the old formula so I can continue using this product! I'm giving a 2 star because I used to love it..Reply from obagi.comHace 4 añosThank you for the feedback! Not as before
I have been using this for almost 2 yrs and on my recent purchase (Feb 2021), the texture was different, the color is off white, more watery and it's tinted. I thought because of the weather so I put next to AC but still same. My face is look and feel greasy. I even bought one for my nephew as I told him it was really nice. I bought a new one as I though I just had a bad tube. But to my dismay, it's same. I saw most of the reviews feels the same so It's not me the problem. Grainy Texture, smells like plastic.
I have used Obagi Sunshield for several years because it did not sting my eyes. Unfortunately, the last two tubes I have purchased the formula was gritty and stung my skin when applying. Was there a formula change?
I've loved this sunscreen for years but the last tube was (as others have noted) -abrasive. It was like the material they use to sandblast things somehow fell into a sunscreen. The consistency felt a little off too. My first thought was that I got a bad batch or counterfeit product so I came here to reorder.
