[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smells great and has a lot of suds to it I felt like it didn't remove build up effectively I'm a curly hair girl so I use a lot of products in my hair and I like a shampoo that when on wash day it's able to remove all product build up this shampoo is not for that my hair didn't feel hydrated after use it feel extremely dry I received this product complimentary from Influenster. Great Smell But Dried Out My Hair
I decided to try out this (expensive) shampoo and conditioner because a friend of mine had a great experience with the purple bottle. I went with the teal blue choice as it has argan oil (which i use on my hair after each wash). After the FIRST time using it, and every time after, it's left my hair tangled and brittle😣. I've never had this with any other hair wash which makes me so sad because it smells so nice! It cleans my hair very well, but it's so dry and tangled even AFTER my expensive after wash product :((. AND I've been listening to the recommended time (3-5 minutes) for the conditioner to sit. What's wrong?? I hate the new Formular!Please make the old formu
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a fan of this shampoo series for years, but since they changed the shampoo formula, I don't like it at all anymore! They made the packs smaller and the smell is completely different, really bad, it doesn't smell like it did before and it doesn't make your hair look nice anymore. I am just really disappointed and I ask you to change the smells of the shampoos, conditioners and hair treatments back to the old scent, I don't think I'm just speaking for myself, a lot of customers are disappointed since it was changed. Great product great ingredients
I love this shampoo. The sudsing and lathering is amazing. It is nicely scented floral, not too strong. Rinses out cleanly, with no lasting residue. Definitely a must try, you'll be glad you did

Not for my household

I even had my daughter try it as we have very different types of hair (hers very long, straight and think while mine is just below shoulders, I act and curly, getting grey and thinner). LOVE the new formula!
I have used this shampoo for at least 10 years. It has been great for my hair, so when my most recent bottle said "new formula" I was horrified. Well, like advertised, 1 wash was all it took! I have also been using semi-permanent hair color about 20 years and was beginning to notice the effects of all that processing. This new shampoo fixed me right up in one wash. Amazing. I ran right out and bought the new conditioner even though I was not out of the old stuff. Meh 😕
