This isn't the kind of experience we want for you all and we'll be sure to share this with the rest of our team. In the meantime, it may help to know that the clumps may be a result of too much product being used. We recommend 2-3 swipes for each underarm. We'd like to assist you all further. However, we'd like to apologize deeply for the sensation you felt and for the residue on your underarms. This isn't something we would expect to happen and we understand how it can be very frustrating. Safety is at the heart of all that we do and all of our products have been thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. As such, we take your report very seriously and appreciate that you took the time to get in touch. While all our ingredients are thoroughly evaluated to be safe and effective when used as directed, we recognize some people may have personal sensitivities and cannot tolerate a particular ingredient or formulation. We do ask that if you have not already done so, please discontinue from using the product. The residue may have been a result off too much product being used. In the future, you may want to try using less. We recommend only 2 to 3 swipes for each under arm. We'd like to collect more information so we can better assist you.
