Because of this, I haven't noticed a difference. I'm not finding myself hungry throughout the day which is good. Definitely working for me!
I have noticed a significant change in my food cravings and even my appetite in just a week of taking the Combat Cravings. I have not been craving sweets AT ALL (and ice cream is usually on my mind daily!) I've also noticed that I'm not snacking in between meals or when I'm just sitting at my desk, bored...I just don't go looking for that snack like I usually do during the day, I don't even think about it. I've also noticed that my appetite is a bit smaller than normal, I have not been going back for seconds during meals and I seem to be getting full quicker. I'm sold on Olly products! It really works!

Really worked

Lunch time passed and I wasn't as hungry as I normally am. Taste good

I just love food. I wasn't impressed.

Didn't work
