My nails have never been so strong!
With eye catching packaging and tasty fruit flavored gummies, I rate this product a 10/10. Since entering menopause at the age of 36, I've been needing an increase in estrogen, biotin, etc.. My nails have grown out gorgeously and my salt/pepper hair is much softer as well. Ive noticed minimal break outs while my body is adjusting. I bought these because my nails were a bit brittle from winter. Within a week my face was covered in cystic acne. I don't usually get spots at all so was kind of freaked out and pretty disappointed. Helped reduce hormonal symptoms
Great flavor, a little more tough to chew than the other olly vitamins I've tried, but not an issue. Working really good for me.
I bought them because my hair was dry and brittle. As I work and live on a cruise ship, the water is as rough as washing in a pool during summer. I have been taking them every morning for 2-3 weeks, and I can see the difference in my hair. When I brush it, it doesn't break as much. I have also seen an extra glow in my skin. I can't speak for my nails as I have them done with dip powder. I am glad I broke down and bought them.
