Overall effectiveness

A Big NO For me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Alpha Brain hoping it would help with focus and mental clarity, but unfortunately my experience was very negative. I didn't notice any major improvements, and instead I felt extremely unwell. Shortly after taking it, I experienced nausea, weakness, and even threw up. The side effects lasted the whole day and made it hard to function. On top of that, the taste was very unpleasant, which made the experience even worse. I understand supplements can affect everyone differently, but in my case, Alpha Brain did not deliver the promised benefits and only caused uncomfortable side effects. It worth it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying out Onnit Alpha BRAIN®, and overall, I think it's a decent nootropic if you're looking for something to support focus and mental clarity without the jitters of caffeine. One thing I really like is that it's caffeine-free, so I can take it later in the day without messing up my sleep, and it doesn't give me that crash I usually get with coffee or energy drinks. The company claims it helps with memory, focus, and mental processing, and I did notice that when I take it consistently, I feel a little sharper and more "dialed in" when studying or working. It's not like some crazy instant brain boost-you won't suddenly feel superhuman-but it does seem to give a subtle lift, especially when I need to stay on task. On the downside, it is a bit pricey compared to just grabbing a regular multivitamin or some other focus supplements. And results can vary-some days I feel the effects more than others. Didn’t work immediately

The bottle is easy to open and packaging is cute. With only a 15 day supply (2 capsules a day), I honestly didn't notice much change in that short time, but supplements sometimes need longer to kick in. The price is up there, but I think it's worth it. It took a good few weeks for them to fully take effect, but they're easy to take, and work well! I don't taste much.
