I noticed the difference instantly. Less tired on the Peloton and able to crush longer, more intense rides, and went from 3 sets to 5 sets on heavy weights the first time I used it. I'm a witness that this stuff is legit. Shake well. It tastes of fruit punch. I also recommend adding Creatine to it. Every time I go to CVS every time I have the same problem coupons. Every single employee has completely different approach to this matter. Some of them accept the coupon 1 by 1 others don't care and another say I don't have any one. Although I prepared those coupons on my smartphone it does not help much usually they are rejected. This stuff works for me
From on-line advice, I started taking the Nitric Oxide to increase circulation. I have to say I have felt better when exercising. I usually do 3-sets of 12 reps, and prior to taking the NO, I had a hard time finishing out the 3 sets. Now, I have little or no problems with the 3 sets. Most times I start taking something new that is supposed to help and I realize no benefits.
