Since I don't experience redness, I can't speak to its effectiveness in reducing redness, but it does give my skin a bit of an oily sheen. It might not be ideal for me on warm or humid days, but I think it could be beneficial during the winter when my skin tends to feel drier. LOVE!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for something that will tone down my red skin without being heavy or settling into my pores. This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. I LOVE how light this is and it's the perfect amount of sheer but still tones down the redness. I didn't think there was anything that would bring some redness relief without the downside of being super heavy but adds some dewy shine. Formula change :-(
There is definitely a formula change. I've bought this 2 or 3x times and really loved it for covering redness and soothing skin. It used to be a green color when it came out of the tube,and would stay green as applied, until it blended into the skin. The green worked beautifully to counter redness and it was my go to product. Now it comes out of the tube as a white-person-tan-flesh tone with a yellow/green cast. It is still fairly soothing to the skin, but does not provide the redness coverage nearly as well, and is an oddly yellow color. Definitely Buying Again
