[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PurePulse Pro TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) unit comes with a detailed instruction manual, storage case, 4 reusable patches, clip holder, and 3 AAA batteries. It is divided into 2 channels, 1 left connector and 1 right side connector that can be individually adjusted for intensity level and or patch type and size for the most unique experience. I like having this particular unit because it includes 8 different pre-set treatment programs as well as an adjustable treatment time that offers more control over the duration of a session. My husband was having issues with his neck and this came in the perfect timing. He has been using it to help with his sore neck. A little unit that really packs a punch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I get older, I notice I have more aches and pains especially after doing routine actions like house and yard work. I have noticed I use a lot more over the counter pain relief medicine and really do not want to do that. I found a great solution for my muscle aches, the PurePulse Pro TENS Muscle Stimulator. This little unit really packs a punch when it comes to pain relief. It's small, compact, easy to use yet powerful. The unit comes neatly packaged. Inside the box is a soft Velcro bag which contains everything you need to use the unit, even batteries! The included instructions are very easy to follow. In a matter of minutes, I was able to get the unit set up and running and the electrode pads placed on my lower back. The sticky electrode pads are very sticky and stuck very well to where I placed them. The unit allows you to set the level of pain relief that is best for you. I started out at the lowest setting and only needed to increase slightly after about an hour of use. The unit has a build in timer so you can set it for as much time as you want to receive the relief you need. I like the ability to customize the settings to my need at the time I'm using it. It also has a little clip so you can clip the unit to your pants or a pocket. Powerful yet small!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I have to say WOW!!! Then I have to say it again, WOW- this thing is small but it will kick your but if you want it to. I used it several times already and the relief I got from the therapy was awesome. It tingles the pain away if that's is such a thing. It was very easy to put together and easy to use. Helps with pain

The multiple settings are great for different types of pain and discomfort. I was surprised at how well this works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested it one night with only one wire, using only 2 pads. I thought it was kind of weak and I had to keep upping the strength. The next night I tried all 4 pads and I played with all the different settings, and it definitely made a difference. I like the P8 setting, where it cycles through all of the variations, rather than selecting just a continuous cycle for the duration. I also like that you can adjust the time and the strength of each side from this little remote that has a belt clip in case you need to move around. I suffer from bad back issues and the chiropractor uses TENS on my every week. Now I can do this at home as well. I do think it helps a little bit to relax the muscles. I've used the pads several times already. I am not sure how long they are good for, but hopefully they last awhile.
