I thought this would be great for upper neck and collarbone but there is no heat. Also, the heat is not consistent- I have to turn on high to feel help- doesn't stay this hot for 2 hours, maybe 30 minutes. I got a replacement (very fast) but sadly same. The XL Back & Neck Heating pad really helps with my migraines and tension headaches. It's kinda the new sweatshirt, so watch out guys; you might not get it back! Great pad
I have arthritis. I havethis on my recliner chair. It gets put on multiple times during the day.it has to be the best heating wrap or pad I have had. This heating pad is phenomenal!!!
Love it! It really relieves my neck and back pain whenever I use it. It is large enough to cover my neck and entire back. Particularly love the belt, the multiple heat settings, and automatic shut-off. Pain Relief Pad
I love this heating pad so much! For me it is a multi use pad. Since I am allergic to all pain medications, this heating pad is what gives me any relief I can get. I use it night and day and the various heat settings help give a little or a lot of heat soothing relief.
