I had expected that this product with help me to relax more effort bedtme and hep me enjoy a decent nights rest. However I did not find it served the purpose I purchased it for. Perhaps I should continue to use it to see if it will kick in. It helps

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are times where I have trouble sleeping especially if I have a bad day mentally. I tried everything to get to sleep nothing worked. That is until I tried these and they help! 2 gummies 30 mins before bed and I was out of it! I woke up more refreshed too!! Great gummies

I like these gummies becuase of the small, two milligram dosage. Great that this has added benefits too.
