I purchased this product in the past as vegetarian capsules but was for me difficult to swallow, so I was looking to find the soft gel form. When ordering them again due to a BOGO sale I saw them in soft gel form and ordered two. The order says they are soft gels, online says they are sot gels but when arrived were capsules. I called CVS customer service and they sent a replacement and when arrived they were capsules again. So I looked on line for which branch had soft gel in stock. So I drove to that store which is further away to exchange but they only had capsules also. The manager said the the capsules and soft gels has the same ID number and is an error in the online listing. So for now I will just have to take the capsules form.
