    No instructions? Battery may explode?

    Like most everyone else on the face of the planet, I couldn't figure out how to put the battery in (Thanks RAYOVAC# until I found the reviews posted here. Anyhow I was desperate for instructions because the warning on the battery reads, " May explode or leak if inserted improperly". OK...That made me feel real comfortable..not. Just want to thank the folks here for perhaps saving my life. Call me crazy but I couldn't figure out that the black cover on top of the spring#Who knew there was a spring hiding under there? Not moi# had to be removed. I thought it was permanently attached to the top of the battery..silly me

    Terrible! No instructions!!!

    I really hoped that this would work great, because we have a storm going on and thought this would work great. NOPE! There are NO instructions, and it took me forever to figure out how to install the battery. When I finally did get it in, and closed it doesn't work!! What a waste of money! Very disappointed..

    Terrible.

    There are no directions on the packaging. I spent about a half hour trying to put it together only to figure out that I needed to take the black cover off of the middle spring. Then I put it in the flashlight and couldn't get it to close. When it did close, it didn't work. I bought two of these and I'm very unhappy!

    Poor

    I bought 2 of these cheap pieces of junk. The batter out-lasted the the cheap switch connectors.
