Has a good amount of pigment and applies super smoothly. I had no issues using it! Comes with a good amount of product and I like how it had another end that can smudge the eyeliner, which is very useful. Brightest White Eye Pencil

The gel feels soft and like it may break easily so I am careful when applying. Pigment was great!
