Great Eyeliner Pencil
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this eyeliner! Though I'm definitely not a makeup expert, this is a great eyeliner! This eyeliner is so creamy and just glides on which i love. It also has intense color pay off. Love the brush at the end to smudge the liner if i would like. Lovely white shade

High pigmented, but smudges

Unfortunately, I did notice that it smudges quite a bit throughout the day. Beautiful pop of color
