Precise applicator
I will say that I have tended to use this liner over others at the same price point based on the packaging and applicator design. It does not leak like some other brush or even felt tip liners. It is very precise and you are able to get very fine lines. It was easy to apply and it lasted all day!! I loved the bold color and how long it lasted. It was quick drying and did not smudge.
