I used to have
I used to have given this 5 stars, always getting compliments while using licorice and creme brulee together with blue eyeliner, lasted all day, yet smooth and creamy to blend, however I do not know but the last I purchased was dry and crumbling and did not quite have the stay power. Might have been a bad batch. Horrible container design
Whike this product itself ... the color and the texture and the ability to put it on ... Is wonderful, the package design is horrible. First of all, the printing on the black portion makes it appear that's the bottom of the container. I spent a good 15 minutes trying to open it with that as the bottom, only to find out the clear glass is the bottom. But the clear glass container is too narrow ... top to bottom... to be able to get a grip on it. I'm 78 years old and still use eye makeup everyday and have never had a problem opening a product. I had to take this to my 49-year-old daughter and ask her to open it for me. Even jar grips didn't work. And she had a hard time at her young age!!! Impossible to open
I bought 4 colors. I needed to use a wrench on all of them to open. When I closed them (with my hand, firmly but not too tight) two were able to be re-opened as a normal product but the other two went back to being too tight to open with my hand. I don't want to keep a plumber's wrench on my vanity so they went in the trash and I won't waste money on Revlon products again. Never thought I’d need a pair of channel locks to put on my makeup…
I would really like to try this eye shadow, but I can't get it open!!! Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one. This is crazy! I bought three and can't open any of them! I can't get the brush out of two of them. Good thing I have a tool box. I think I'll have to use some channel locks on them.
