Robitussin Max Strength really helps calm down a bad cough when nothing else seems to work. My favorite cough syrup for sure!

The only medicine my wife can take when she has a

I had the flu that gave me a massive headache, body aches and a really bad cough. The medicine has a weird texture that's both watery and syrupy. Goes easily down a sore throat but needs to mix the leftover with water. Supposed to be raspberry flavor but it just tastes sweet and minty to me. Not unpleasant. First dose wasn't effective at suppressing cough at all. Second dose was better and reduced the cough enough for me to sleep. Third time seems to be the charm and I feel almost normal. No drowsiness. Provided me with relief so I could sleep
