this REALLY BURNED my eyes! Two drops in each eye and my eyes immediately started burning. I won't be buying this product again! The price was fair, so I thought I'd try it. I have never used eye drops that burned and had a stinging sensation like this product did. There was NO cooling feel to my eyes, I immediately washed my eyes out after. Burned my eyes

Product fine, eyes cleared in two days, but . . .
All the info was on the little box, and I did not see the penny-sized visual on how to use. Called 800 number, got a sales pitch for something (hearing aids ordered): pressed O and got medical alert pitch, O did not silence pitch, hung up, back to CVS,, where CS rep opened, showed be bottle visual. Bad PR from Rohto! Works fast
I bought this for Mom as recommended by the pharmacist!! OH MY, the redness and irritation in my Mom's eye was greatly minimized in less than 1 hour. Additionally, all the symptoms had diminished in less than 2 hours. As a precaution, 2 drops were added 2 more times the same day. The symptoms never reappeared. Burns like acid
I was shocked by how horribly these drops burn. No one in their right mind would use them. CVS won't take them back because they are now an open box and the manufacturer (made in Viet Nam), does not even respond to a message through their website. Guess I lose.5 users found this review helpful.
