Sugar-Free Cold and Cough Medicine with Antihistamine, Cough Suppressant, and Nasal Decongestant. Our product is made up of natural ingredients, dextromethorphan, brompheniramine, and phenylephrine. Rompe Pecho Flu, Sugar-Free, helps you relieve more effects such as cough, nasal congestion, irritated eyes, and the nose that, besides being congested, drips continuously. It doesn't contain sugar, so a person with diabetes can also take it. Menthol, echinacea, and the other herbal extracts found in Rompe Pecho have a long medical history. Some of these are often used as traditional homemade remedies for treating health ailments and boosting the immune system.
