Not easy to apply
Been a longtime user of Salonpas. Which does provide real relief. Heard about Gel Patch with Lidocaine. And gave it a shot. Really disappointing. Primarily due to the "Gel base" which makes the application process a real hassle.

Worth every penny!
I was skeptical to spend money in pain relief patches after trying cheaper brands such as the CVS one. The patches I bouth before, gave me a heat sensation but, never relief my pain. Recently, I had a pain in my upper back behid my left rib cage, I used topic creams, massages, ice and pain killers but, nothing worked. I had a whole night suffering with such a pain that I was almost ready to go to the doctor. at the next day, I passed by CVS and decide to try a heat patch while I get my appointment, I spent some time trying to figure out which brand to buy, the 11 bucks one or Salonpas. I finally bought the Salonpass maximun strengt 4% lidocaine. It worked in just few hours! I felt releaf in few hours and after taking out the patches, I still feeling better. The pain is gone. I still planning to see a doctor, however, the patch helped a lot. I really recommend this product.

Great Pain Relief
I have a fractured rib and my doctor suggested I try these with the 4%lidicaine. They didn't work when I first had the fracture but did 3 weeks later I In tge 7 week healing process. The patch stayed put and worked for 7-8 hours.
