Easy to use pain relief
I purchased this product for left hip pain interfering with a good night's sleep. I apply it at bedtime and remove it 8-12 hours later. (The product literature says remove it in 8 hours, but we used it for 12 hours in the hospital.) Easy to use and remove. I was surprised there were not special disposal instructions, as we had to put them in a special receptacle in the hospital. My only argument was the cost.
