Good Quality

It comes with 3 total blades, so I don't have to go buy them nearly as often. I also like the silicone grips on the handle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the closest shave but that's a trade off I'm willing to make for less irritation. I only shave once or twice a week anyway so it doesn't really matter. Handle is comfortable. I would say it only stays sharp enough for 4-5 shaves, but maybe I'm doing more overlap than most. Fantastic value, easy shave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Experience was very good. No irritation, shaved down to smooth and only one nick! Handle felt really good in my hand, has some good heft to it, so it feels premium. Great value with one handle and three blades. I love the innovative way you can push away the Hydro top, this allows me to cut the hair below my nose all the way up to my nose. Other companies put a single blade up top so you can do this, but I've found that causes nicks. Heavier is not better
I bought two sets of these razors for sensitive skin thinking they were the Schick disposable version. They are not. The handle is heftier, and heavier, and feels more sturdy in the hand. Sadly, the razor blades themselves - the essential reason why I bought the razors - are secured to the handle at two points by flimsy plastic knobs. How flimsy, I learned when I used my brand-new razor for the first and only time before I knocked it off my bathroom counter and it hit the floor, separating into two parts that would not go back together again. I had one use out of my new razor. I tried an unused, new set of blades (the kit includes 3, 1 on the handle and 2 spares). It works, and I use it now. My point is that a heavier handle does not cure a design defect that destroys the usefulness of the razor blades after a single use. My old razor - the lighter weight Schick disposable razor for sensitive skin - lasted far longer, and withstood an occasional knock to the floor. I'm a senior on a fixed income, so I look to save money where I can. I also shave daily because it's my preference. I wish I had bought the lighter-weight razors because they seem, incongruous though it may be, to be better designed and to last longer.
