As a professional Shaver of man decades, and never a review; I must state this razor is the best I have used in many many years. It harkens me back to the days my Dad used to teach me to shave with his heavy handled razor with a large perfectly curved head to get all the angles on chiseled jaws. Actually took the time to write this and gaze at my razor on my desk while typing this in the office. 22yrs Later...STILL The Best Razor I've Ever Used!
The year was 2003 when a 16yo me bought his first non-disposable razor, a newly released Schick Quattro Titanium. Over the course of the past 22 years I've tried using different Schick, Gillette, Harry's, DSC, and a variety of other manufacturers shaving products. I can honestly say that none have come close to the high quality and level of comfort that the Quattro Titanium design provides. I very rarely nick or burn myself using these razor heads, but do frequently with every other razor I've ever tried. And to top that off, only in the past month have I noticed the handle looking pretty worn...it still retains and releases a razor head, but after 22 years (yes, it is THE HANDLE I bought in 2003) I'd say it's probably time to replace the handle. a nice comfortable razor to use.
For years I have been using a Gillette product and to be honest actually like it. Recently I switched to this quattro model and was I ever surprised. I get a closer shave without any irritation and there is no drag. The razor just glides across my skin. The blades also rinse clean without any effort. I was so impressed that I purchased two additional packages of 4 blades each.
