I have natural red hair and I really wanted to go a deep purple. I have used a different brand before & it work out great, but as you can see with this color it made my hair black. Which is not want I wanted at all. On the every shade of hair panel on the box they all they had was varying degrees of a deep purple shade. None of the sample pictures showed black nor did the information inside suggest that this was going to be black. LOVING THE HAIRCOLOR

I love except for 1 thing and its kinda big
I LOVE this color! I wanted to do something different and thought ooooh purpleish! I loved the color BUT it took FOREVER to rinse out! I was in the shower for 30 minutes rinsing and it still wasnt out all the way. I have never had such a time rinsing before! It continued to bleed for about 2-3 weeks. Such a bummer! I use this stuff all the time except a different color. Usually dark browns. Thats my ONLY beef with it. I might try it again but I just dont know. Color not as advertised!
NO STAR! This " rich caviar" is not even close to purple-black. It should be labeled "dark cherry", it came out more of a red, not black & not purple! Had a licensed cosmetologist apply it for me. Will not be buying anymore of their products! Not the first disappointment with this brand. Just the worst outcome. My hair didn't have ANY other previous dye. My hair is a natural dark brown.
