Great toothpaste for canker sores
I didn't know I had sensitive gums and didn't think I needed to use Sensodyne, but I mentioned to my dentist that I get painful canker sores in my mouth very regularly (since I was a kid, I might get them every couple months). The dentist recommended Sensodyne, I've been using Sensodyne now for the last 3 years and haven't had a canker sore since, which is actually so much more life-changing than I could've thought. I was resigned to thinking I'd have canker sores every month or so forever.
