These were the only paper
These were the only paper towels we could find during Covid. I ordered these off Grove, I was just glad to find some. They could be better, very thin and not strong. An Unexpected Drop in Quality
I've been purchasing these paper towels for a couple of years. Up until now, I've been satisfied. However, in December of 2020, the design of the paper towels was changed. Neither this change nor a previous design change from January of 2020 are mentioned anywhere on this website. The change from January actually improved their quality, while the one from December has rendered them nearly unusable. I doubt that I'll be doing business with this company anymore. I don't appreciate the recent change, and I certainly don't appreciate the bait and switch.Reply from KristinHace 4 añosHi there, we are sorry to hear this. Their 100% recycled paper towels are earth friendly, non toxic to my family and strong/ sturdy. Suggestions for improvement
Decently strong and absorbent, but the odor is just terrible. I don't know why but these have a glue type smell that is very unpleasant compared to other recycled towels I've tried. What are you bleaching these with? Also, would love to see closer to 100% recycled material!Reply from KristinHace 5 añosHi there, thanks for this review. The white paper products source paper that has been whitened in it's previous life and we put it through a hot water and hydrogen peroxide cleaning processes.
