    Won't even turn on

    Don't waste your money on this. I was excited to try it out but it won't even turn on. Very upset. I hoped it would help easebmy husband's pain from his cancer and treatments but again, it won't turn on.

    GREAT HEAT AND MASSAGER.

    I purchased this heat/massage wrap because I have both neck and back issues. I fell in love with it the first minute I tried it out! The massage is gentle, but great. The heat is at just the right temperature.

    Works wonders

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed using this heated neck and back wrap. It fit comfortably around me and I felt wonderful relief from using it. The massage levels were on point and soon I was very relaxed.

    A giant heating pad.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This produce was just okay, in my opinion. Even with the snaps and belt secured, this just doesn't have a tight enough connection to my shoulders or neck to really do very much. While it is comfortable to wear, and definitely works as a heating element, it doesn't do much in the way of massaging the area. I would say this is more like a very fancy heating pad than anything else.

    Comfort and relaxation

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for pain and soreness relief. It has heat therapy and vibration massages. You can have both on or just use one. It has adjustable heat levels and 5 massage modes. I use this every night and also had a 30 minute timer setting that has auto shut off because sometimes it will put you to sleep.

    Great for loosening up some tightness!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this multiple times a week since we got it. It's warms up nicely, and the vibration is middle range. It doesn't hit the neck part as well as I would've liked, but it's safe and works well for upper back area.
