But if you experience chronic pain, like most of us older adults, then you will definitely get your use out of this wonderful massager. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is amazing! Both my daughter and I deal with back pain. And this thing has helped so much. I love the hot and cold attachment. My daughter doesn't like it cause she says it hits too hard. She is pretty petite so I can see why she would feel that way. She like the attachment for the back. I love that this came in a small carry case. Perfect tool for sore muscles!

I have two sons who play baseball and they use this before and after pitching to loosen their muscles and warm up. We love the hot and cold feature for work on specific spots. My husband and I use this every night on sore leg and arm muscles. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get quick relief from tense muscles. All of the different heads help with different parts of the body, and the heating and cooling head feels amazing. The carrying case also feels really premium and is a great way to store this. Each attachment has a snug holding slot in the case. There is also a helpful guide showing what each attachment is best used for. It is easy to use and provides pain relief from the massager. Cold and hot functions are useful and helpful extras. It charges easily on a standing charging dock. My one complaint is that it makes a dull buzzing sound when it is charging.
