Product Meets Advertise
I bought Splat Brillant Bleach for a lighter hair base.The product was as advertised the tones were color to my natural hair and the all over color was described on package as highlight hair. Product Meets Advertise
Splat Brillant Bleach for a all over color. The product advertise highlights and was difficult to apply to the length of hair. I did get results of color tone lighter than natural hair. Does its job, decent scent, nice consistency.

That my hair didn't feel stiff and have a chemical odor.

Best bleach kit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the bleach kit it if given shorter time it could make my black hair to a nice dark brown, I went longer for a coppery orange inspired by the witch from hocus pocus lol. Does the job
