    Wish I had tried Sudafed sooner!

    So I guess because of all the negative press regarding pseudoephedrine and people manipulating chemicals, I've always stuck with phenylephrine based products thinking it was more "gentle". Nope! Not the case at all, have no weird jitters or heart racing with this product, with real relief to boot! Have taken just 1 dose of 12 hour Sudafed so far and already have so much sinus relief. So grateful for this product!

    This work the best for me so I always you know I have a big problem with congestion can find nothing to R until I found this

    This is the best thing to use for B and congestion if you can find nothing to work till I suggest trying this is only thing that works for me I think it does work on thing I use now it's the best

    This product had zero effect.

    I just bought this today so the package shouldn't be expired but it has had zero effect on my symptoms. So disappointing. With all the warnings I'm afraid to double the dose.

    Brings you relief

    12 hour Sudafed work great. Like that these were non drowsy. Great for work, relieved the pressure all day long. Would highly recommend.

    Works like it says

    I use this every time I get a sinus headache and it works great. It's the only OTC sinus medicine that works well for me.

    Brand vs generic

    Sudafed is only product out there that doesn't cause me to go to sleep at wheel. Every once in awhile I'll try a generic/house brand and even though it states same ingredients on most I can tell a slight difference. I have a continual problem so have to take it all the time so the difference is worth it to me.

    Yes, this works great, but I can get the same result with the store brand with the same active ingredients. So, if you don't care about the money, go for it. For me, I'll stick with the house brand.
