[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device Swash BL97 itself is excellent. But the remote control is not very convenient compared to previous models SWASH 900. Changing batteries is very inconvenient, since you need to use a special tool, for older people this is a big problem. In this case, you can break the latches. The touch buttons are very sensitive and work instantly when you take the remote control in your hands. I had my previous one

Poor design of slow close hinge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using your bedit seat for over 20 years and have had a problem with the inferior design with the seat hinge, the original slow close design was much smoother and better. Brondell bidet
