[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems like this product is just seeming to work for people because of the placebo effect. I put this on my child and she slept exactly he same. I believe that non of these ingredients have any proven medicinal properties. It's cute

Neat little patch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a kid that just doesn't want to sleep at night. He has a serious case of FOMO.. I slapped this patch on him and he actually slept through the night. They are out of my budget, but such a great product! It Actually Works

Great for Adults to use also
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know these state they are for children, however, I use them on myself. They are really easy to place and use and I have fallen asleep easier since using them. Furthermore, I always have had trouble falling asleep. I really like them. Nite Owl is good for all ages to use. What is great is that they are cute and actually stay on my wrist the entire night. Good deep sleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My two boys, ages 10 and 13, both love the Nite Owl patches. My 10 year old said it didn't help him fall asleep any faster, but that it made him sleep really really good so that nothing could wake him up. He did complain of a warm feeling on his arm the first time he wore a patch, but was fine on subsequent uses. My 13 year old said the patch worked like Melatonin, making him feel really sleepy and go to sleep fast. When you remove the patch it does leave some sticky brownish colored residue on the arm, but it washes off fairly easily with soap and water. Overall I think the patch works well and provides a calm and relaxed feeling.
