SMELLS AMAZING

Easy to refill another bottle with this and to store any leftovers since it comes up with a cap. This is far better than the pouches you get as it can stand on its own and doesn't take up much space. The lavender scent is subtle and not overpowering. Smells good and convenience

It works well as both a shampoo and body wash, leaving hair and skin feeling clean and refreshed. Insufficient Packaging.,
I thought the refill packaging was a great idea until I received my shipment and the box was saturated with the spilled product. You would think that putting the carton in a box of equal size would keep it from breaking open and leaking. It didn't. Horrible - skin reaction
Bought the entire Lavender line. After two days of using the shampoo/ body wash and conditioner, my 3 year had a reaction and was complaining about his hands and ears being itchy.
