I was very upset when I received the two bottles, one was punctured and the liquid was all over the box. I have ordered these previously and they were each in a plastic bag when shipped. Things are too expensive nowadays to have this happen and of course I could not get anyone to ask for another bottle to be sent to me. Disappointed to say the least. Packed poorly spilled into my hair color & boxes.
Good pricing but second deliveries took 4 days. You advertise same day delivery.
