Reuse up to 15 times or less if you use two bait cartridges each time. The lid is see thru so seeing if bait is needed is easy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying this product for about a month. I had an infestation of mice and red squirrels in my shed this summer so I said I'll give it a try. So far so good I haven't had any signs of them since I put it out. I was tired of resetting traps and having to dispose of the dead mice. The only thing I was hesitant about is if the mouse eats the bait and is out running around and my cat eats the mouse will it make her ill. She isn't out much now so I'm not real concerned about that at the moment, but I will do more research to see if I can find an answer before spring. I do like how it is all contained and kids and animals can't get to the bait. Mouse trap

Got rid of that mouse!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an apartment and see a mouse one evening. Dude not want to wait on maintenance to come put some inferior trap or poison out. I have a dog and 2 obviously lazy cats so didn't want poison. Got this trap and BAM, caught it the next night. Much better to be refillable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Tomcat bait stations before. The refillable makes much more sense. It does a good job keeping pests under control. Easy to fill and place around the house. Good instructions. I do use a glove to put the bait on because it's better not to touch it. Not effective for my roof rat here in California
Maybe our rats over here are different, or maybe they developed resistance to the susbtance, but "my" fellow rat in the garage ate from several blocks, totalling for sure almost an entire block eaten. He's still there! His poop is green! I can still see him on my camera overnight.
