I just started drinking this tea. I do feel more relaxed and it helps me get to sleep easier, however, I wake up having had the most vivid dreams. Not nightmares, just general dreams, but I wake up remembering everything. I'm still not sure how I feel about this. Great surprise

Enjoyable taste
Have been drinking this for a couple of weeks. It has a minty taste and I think it helps me sleep better at night. The only negative remark I have for the product is the high price of the shipping to my house.
