    Best sleep aid

    As someone who struggles with sleep on a day-to-day basis when I went searching for a new sleep aid over my old one I found this one it doesn't have a horrible aftertaste and is fast acting and you will feel very refreshed after you wake up the next morning.

    Unisom sleep minis

    Fell asleep fast, easy wake up, but felt lazy (sleepy) waling around like a zombie,, all next day. wondering how long till this gets out of my system......probably 24 hrs.

    Get the sleep you need
