Was the only moisturizer that finally didn't break me out and cleared my skin. Got the new packaging on a re-stock and woke up to so much texture and white heads. New Formula = New Breakouts
This used to be such a great product. Truly, this was a holy grail product. Recently they changed the formula, and while they claim that it's still pretty much the same, there's something in here that's clogging pores and causing redness and breakouts. Nothing about my routine has changed except for this product, so I know it's this new formula. It's such a shame to see this company reformulate their moisturizer, probably to save a dollar here and there. Reformulated Product has Damaged my Skin
The product has been reformulated.I had been using Versed Dew Point Gel-Cream Moisturizer because it worked great with my sensitive skin and rosacea. I loved the cooling effect of the aloe and how light it felt on my skin. However, I recently ran out of it and had to buy a new tube.The product packaging has since changed and while they claim that all the ingredients are the same as the old product, it's simply not true. (I compared the ingredient list on my old tube with the new one I just bought, and the ingredients are different.)Either way, I wanted to give it a shot and tried using the moisturizer for two weeks. My skin routine has stayed the same, otherwise. After using it for two weeks, the moisturizer has destroyed my skin. My skin is now super red, sensitive, and hot. I'm also breaking out along my cheeks and chin. I've included two photos for reference. I won't be buying this product again.I do not recommend using this product anymore if you have sensitive skin or rosacea.
