Able to move my Joints again

Old knees are happy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I get older, my knees especially are prone to more pain after exercise than any other joint. Likely, this is due to my collegiate running career where I competed in cross country and track. This product has helped keep my knees from being so achy which is great. As I continue working with a new exercise routine, I love that I have these to keep me on track!
