Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this product is good for people who don't have severe problems, and also for people who don't have a sensitive stomach. In my case, it made my stomach upset for several days. Tumeric is a very good ingredient, which I think will greatly benefit those who consume it. I'm more of a gel person, which worked well for me. Another thing you have to be careful with is that the pills make your hands a little yellow. My knees used to bother me when I worked out, but after I started using this supplement, the discomfort is gone. It's easy to take, and the ingredients are really helpful.
