A good supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2 main ingredients are Turmeric Boswellia ,both hebral/natural remedies that are in my other daily supplements that I take . I honestly didn't see the need to add this to my regime. I can say though that using the Voltaren gel that came along with these capsules have had positive results . These capsules may better suited for those who don't already take other similar supplements. Worth a try!

From reading what it's supposed to do,it does seem like it's a great product! The ingredients look wonderful too. The price point is pretty affordable.
