[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this product and tried it for the first time. After taking a few minutes to figure out how to get the battery into it, the first thing I noticed is that it does not live up to its guarantee of not pulling on the hair you are trimming. I was trimming my neck hair and as soon as went to do so I felt the pain of it pulling on my hairs (neck hair was not that long, only untrimmed for a few days). It did not give a very close shave, but did trim enough for my needs. I also tried to the nose/ear trimmer just for this review, and they worked well although the quality of the product does not give me confidence that it will continue to do so. I did not try the extension piece (believe used mostly for eyebrows) as I have no need to do so. I do like the size of the instrument, it is about pen-size and could easily be carried around or fit into luggage. It is also pretty easy to switch the pieces. It does say you could rinse the pieces with water, but I have not done so yet. Compact, multi-function groomer. Great for travel.

Love the compact size and fact that it can function as nose, eyebrow, ear,side burns, etc. trimmer while on the go. I travel frequently for work and it's nice to throw one small tool in the bag to cover for all of those. Overall the product quality is good but not great. Feels under powered at times as if it is struggling to cut (takes 1 AAA battery). Nose trimmer does not cut as good as others I've had. Favorite feature is the eyebrow trimmer. Never used one before and it works great. Getting old sucks. Hair everywhere but where one wants it. :) Now I've got a solution, especially when traveling. More Powerful and Closer Trims!!!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a week ago and have used it several times now. I've tried many of the cheaper "As Seen On TV" groomers for a low price and the power of The Wahl Micro trimmer is more powerful than any of the other models I have purchased and used. I also like the eyebrow trimmer attachment. Every time I go and get my haircut, the ladies doing my hair also as me if they can trim my eyebrows because they grow long and down past my eyes. I've tried using the other trimmers I've purchased and by the time I'm done, it looked like my 5 year old granddaughter trimmed them. The attachment with this model works great and cuts them evenly. The only reason I give it a 4-star rating is because it doesn't have a built-in light. All of the other trimmers I've purchased have a light on them. If they put a light in this model, I would definitely rate it a 5-star product. In function and results, I rate it a 5-star rating and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good trimmer that is powerful and gives them a close, clean cut trim. I will be using this one for many years to come. Decent Groom kit. Good to have in your travel bag.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for about a month, and its working as mentioned by the manufacturer. The body is light and vibrates while the trimmer is ON. Ear & Nose trimmers are good. Its good for frequent travelers but would not recommend for sturdy and regular use. Neckline blade which is good for trimming neckline at the back, but when i used it on front then it did not go easy on skin.
