[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eyebrow pencil goes on smooth and is very bold in color, you almost have to use your hand very lightly or you'll over fill and maybe over line your brows. The trick for me is to use make up setting spray or even hair gel on the brows after thre liner so it stays in place. The added brush on the other side is a plus to brush and blend. Good brow pencil!
